Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in Enfield who are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Officer on an interim contract.
Duties as a Housing Officer will include:
- Providing a high quality neighbourhood management service to a designated patch, supporting residents to comply with their tenancy and lease conditions.
- Delivering an excellent and proactive housing management service to tenants with a high level of presence and visibility on designated patches, whilst delivering high performance.
- Consulting with residents, members and senior officers with regards to housing management issues.
- Supporting tenants sustain their tenancies.
- Working with residents so that they are satisfied with their home and local environment and to be active members of their community.
To be considered for the position of Housing Officer you must have the following:
- Strong housing management background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current DBS.
- Immediately avaliable or on 1 week notice.

Pay rate: £14.81 PAYE - £18.45 LTD (inside IR35)
