Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in Stevenage, who are currently looking to hire an experienced Contracts Administrator on an interim contract.
Duties as a Contracts Administrator will include:
- Providing day to day and technical support to trade staff and technical support for all managers.
- Liaising between operational staff and client to resolve any problems.
- Utilising the fleet to its maximum potential.
- Allocating job numbers to materials needed and sub-contractors jobs and ensure all invoices are processed.
- Providing accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Producing reports on agreed timescales.
To be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you must have the following:
- Strong administration and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Previous experience in the housing sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
