- Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider East London who are currently looking to recruit a Leasehold Adviser on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will work in the resident management team and will be responsible for dealing with any queries from residents on a patchless basis from all leaseholders, shared owners and social tenants that are too complex to handle in the customer service centre, with the aim of continually reducing customer complaints.
You will act as the customer service champion ensuring that all queries such as permissions, licences, subletting, assignments, tenancy visits, tenancy checks and general enquires are responded to.
Other duties will include:
- Carrying out home visits, site visits or office appointments to meet with residents.
- Ensuring KPI’s, SLA’s and quality standards are met to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer queries via telephone, email and live chat, ensuring all information is accurately uploaded onto the system.
- Liaise with other departments in order to get customer queries answered as quickly as possible.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and making suggestions on how process, procedures and policies can be amended to provide a better customer experience.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Good knowledge and experience in leasehold.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a high pressured environment.
- Experience of resolving residents queries for either homeowners or tenants or both.
- High level knowledge of statutory, legal and contractual framework around tenancy, homeowners and shared owners’ management.
Contract type: Permanent
Location: East London (due to move to Camden in Oct 19).
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a
