Fire Safety Contracts Manager
Braxfield Recruitment are currently working with a G15 Housing association based in London, and we are recruiting for a Fire safety contracts manager to work on a permanent basis, this role is paying a competitive salary within the region of £50,000 per annum, with potential upward movement for the right candidate.
The successful Fire Safety contracts manager will be responsible for:
- Delivering a rolling programme of Passive Fire Safety Works in residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensuring contracts and works are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner to agreed quality standards, value for money, statutory and regulatory legislation, health & safety compliance, ensuring high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
- The effective management and supervising of staff to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Undertaking a range of property surveys, preparing specifications and schedule of works for tender.
The successful Fire Safety Contracts managerwill be offered the following:
