- Description
- Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the property sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in London who are currently looking to hire a Senior Gas Administrator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate with be responsible for the administration of the gas contracts, ensuring the provision of all elements of gas compliance.
Other duties will include:
- Administering service records and validating landlords gas safety records, including auditing incoming documents and updating data from these records.
- Liaising with solicitors and Courts as appropriate and managing Forced Entry where necessary to complete gas servicing.
- Producing effective and accurate reports and developing and monitoring Gas Contractor OPIs and KPIs to ensure delivery of services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally to complete job outputs, as well as direct customer contact as required.
- Coordinating project activities, e.g. data reconciliation.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Microsoft Outlook).
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes.
- Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Strong administration background back with experience of managing gas compliance.
- Experience of direct operative control and management of gas servicing or similar in the Local Authority/Social Housing sector.
- Experience of managing and responding to complaints.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good level of IT skills and literacy.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,000
Location: East London (to move to Camden October 2019)
