- Braxfield was started 3 years ago with the aim of working with the best employers in our industry, supporting the evolution of these businesses through the provision of exceptional employees and an unrivalled customer service.
We work with a large number of employers directly through being ‘Preferred suppliers’ and support many others through neutral and master vendor agreements.
Recently we have secured new contracts with 3 G15 social housing providers and as a direct result are looking for account resourcers to join us in our newly acquired offices situated in the heart of London Bridge. In addition to these vacancies we would also be keen to speak to ‘360 degree’ consultants with property services of housing management experience as we have a number of ‘warm’ clients that we are talking to about the possibility of scaling up the business that we are doing with them.
Dependant on experience, the role is likely to include sourcing, registering and interviewing candidates for positions that Braxfield Recruitment will get on each day, ensuring that candidates are entered in to call cycles, spoken to at regular intervals and contacted as soon as Braxfield Recruitment have a suitable position to speak with them about. Experience in recruitment is not essential but applicants will be expected to evidence strong organisational skills and be an excellent people person and communicator. Some exposure to property services recruitment or housing management would however be seen as an advantage.
