Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in North London who are currently looking to recruit a Gas Manager on permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all domestic and commercial gas contracts across the stock including, breakdown, servicing, install works and legionella.
You will manage legal obligations applicable to gas safety and water management, ensuring mandatory requirements are fully complied with and to build and maintain working relationships across all Group Departments, raising the level of awareness and understanding of gas and water safety.
Ideally you will have a background in social housing, experience of managing a gas team and a track record of ensuring compliance at 100%, managing contractor KPI's and keeping gas data up-to-date.
To be considered for this role you must have the Relevant Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) 'Gas' Certificates of Competence for domestic, and commercial gas installations or have held these in the past if now lapsed.
