Fire Safety Surveyor
Braxfield Recruitment are currently working with a G15 Housing association based in London, and we are recruiting for a Fire safety Surveyor to work on a permanent basis, this role is paying a competitive salary within the region of £39,000 per annum, with potential upward movement for the right candidate.
The successful Fire Safety Surveyor will be responsible for:
- The primary function of the role is to oversee fire risk assessment works for the organisation.
- To ensure that all designated fire risk assessment works are actioned and correctly undertaken within the prescribed timescales.
- To ensure that all the organisations properties owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- To ensure staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies and property owners are provided with a high standard of service.
The successful Fire Safety Surveyor will be offered the following:
