Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a G15 housing provider based in South London who are currently looking for an experience Sales Executive on an interim contract.
Duties as a Sales Executive will include:
- Managing a high volume sales programme of new build Multi Tenure.
- Delivering sales performance to targets (individual and team) to ensure reservations achieved from plan.
- Working with the development team to appraise opportunities for new schemes.
- Visiting site, carrying out market research and compiling sales risk appraisal reports.
- Attending site meeting to track site progress towards timely sale launches.
- Ensuring sale suites and show homes are maintained to ensure presentation is kept to a high standard.
- Reporting on performance KPI’s, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Leading on sale launches and attending Home Shows promoting Shared Ownership to customers.
- Liaising with the marketing team, sales progression team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, service charge team and housing management on all sales-related matters.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Previous experience working as a Sales Executive/Sales Officer in the housing sector.
- Good knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Private Sales.
- Experience of the sales and marketing process.
- Experience of working with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, developers and agents.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience of meeting sales-related targets.
Please note: Although based in West Croydon the individual will need to travel to sales sites in West and North London and must be prepared to work on a Saturday.
