Braxfield Recruitment are supporting a medium sized social housing provider in North London that are looking for an interim compliance manager to join the property services team.
The organisation have recently done a review of the statutory compliance across all streams and have identified some areas that require additional resource to ensure that the contractors are meeting the programme requirements.
The initial areas of focus will be the gas servicing and fire remedial work monitoring. Working closely with the relevant contract managers within the organisation you will liaise with them to ensure works are prioritised as required and compliance is achieved reporting this upwards.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position before, have an excellent track record of analysing and delivering compliance within M&E services and be able to ensure data integrity to reach and maintain 100% compliance. You will also need to evidence a good understanding of JCT or similar contract types.
