- Security Surveyor
Braxfield recruitment are working alongside a G15 housing association, looking for an experienced security surveyor to work for them on a permanent basis. This role will be paying between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. Although mainly based in the office which is located in North West London, there will be the requirement to attend site when required. This includes visits with London, Berkshire and Essex.
The successful security surveyor will be responsible for providing technical advice, surveying and contract administration and support services to service, repair and maintain full legal and service standard to security systems servicing, testing and maintenance. The role responsibilities include the M&E management of automatic door, gate, barrier security and CCTV systems throughout the One Housing portfolio.
The duties of this role will be as follows:
- Responsible for carrying out surveyor, co-ordinating with other functions as appropriate
- Manage the implementation or the PPM programme
- Manage the supervision and management of maintenance and PPM contracts, including monitoring of OPIs and KPI, ensuring all compliance targets are met.
- Provide expertise to new business / development on new capital projects as required, including providing expertise as necessary to any formal complaints procedure
- Assist on provision of security system advice, including inputting into the formal complaints procedure.
- A salary of between £40,000 - £50,000.

- Must have demonstrable track record of training, experience and expertise in security safety system maintenance.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have strong contract management experience.
- Electrical or similar mechanical experience is essential.
- Social housing experience is preferred but not essential.
