Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the property management and social housing sectors. We have been appointed by a London Borough Council to work with them to find an interim Clerk of Works to join their team of clerks in their major works team.
The role will involve inspecting ongoing works in progress for multi-million pound major works improvement programmes. These will include but are not limited to external and internal improvements.
As a Clerk of Works you will be responsible for ensuring that contractors are producing the quality of work agreed and that these are being completed in line with the required timeframes and to budget. You will work with project managers and officers to provide them practical advice in project delivery and act as the Council’s on-site quality control professional.
The properties are in and around the Enfield Borough, so a vehicle will be required for this particular position. Mileage and reasonable travel expenses (Parking etc) can obviously be claimed back.
