- Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a g15 housing provider based in North West London who are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor within a corporate function.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for manger, providing supporting and advice on a broad range of matters. You will build and maintain effective working relationships with managers; supporting them to deliver their business plans and the company’s corporate plan, whilst ensuring the consistent application of HR policies.
The role will also require you to deliver training, influence, coach and guide managers of the full range of HR policies, processes and practices, including but not limited to; resourcing, performance management, employee engagement, organisational development, talent management, reward & recognition and change management.
Other duties will include managing projects within time and resource constraints, whilst also ensuring day to day operational service is maintained and providing support, coaching and guidance to HR Assistants in order to aid their development and experience.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Experience of managing change through restructures, TUPE, coaching managers, delivering workshops/training.
- Good understanding of political sensitivities and wider implications of decisions taken.
- Demonstrable experience of case work and employee relations.
- CIPD qualified or working towards with strong knowledge of employment legislation.
Contract: Permeant
Salary: £35,000 p/a
Location: North West London (NW1)
