- Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? Do you have experience working in housing sector?
Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the property and housing sector. We have been appointed by a g15 housing provider based in London who are currently looking to recruit a Planned Works Administrator on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative duties within the planned maintenance team which carried out actions raised in fire risk assessments.
This role is suitable for someone who has a keen eye for detail as you be responsible for inputting electrical compliance data on the system, so accuracy is key!
Other duties will include:
- Updating compliance spreadsheet with status of actions.
- Liaising with key stakeholders including the compliance team, resident liaison officers, supervisors, operatives and FRA manager.
- Raising jobs and purchase orders on OneServe, ensuring it is kept up to date with jobs status and labour hours.
- Responsible for arranging parking permits
- Updating compliance status by inputting electrical compliance data
- Other administrative duties including creating purchase orders, liaising with tenants regarding works, liaising with other departments where necessary and any other administrative duties needed
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Solid administration background working for a HA, LA or contractors.
- Experience of handling compliance data within housing.
- Good level of IT skills and literacy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Location: East London (office move to Camden in Oct 19).
Contract: Permanent
