- Braxfield Recruitment are working with a G15 housing association in North West London that are looking for a permanent planned works surveyor to join the property services team.
The role will encompass managing planned works being carried out across the housing association’s property portfolio including but not limited to:
- New kitchens and bathrooms
- Roof repair and replacement programmes
- Window replacement programmes
- Door replacement programmes
- Cyclical programmes including external redecoration
To apply for the planned works surveyor role it is key that you have experience of managing large scale planned & cyclical works contracts and refurbishment projects together with a good understanding of maintenance on domestic properties. You will also need to be competent on the core Microsoft packages and have the ability to produce detailed reports, performance analysis and present data for various stakeholders.
