Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in North West London who are currently looking to recruit a Rent Finance Officer on an interim basis.
As a Rent Finance Officer,you will be responsible for the following:
Setting up Direct Debits and reconciling the bank accounts.
Preparing housing benefit schedule uploads and processing rent refunds.
Processing housing benefits over payments invoices and preparing year end statutory accounts.
Assisting with various project and producing monthly reports.
Posting income from various sources, carrying out rent adjustment and running rent debits.
Responding to all incoming queries.
To be considered for the position of Rent Finance Officer, you must have the following:
Previous experience working as a finance officer within the housing sector.
Proven experience within rent accounting in housing.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge and experience of Universal Housing and SUN accountancy systems is desirable.
Ability to work well in a high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines.

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? Do you have experience in monitoring fire safety compliance within the housing sector?
Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing contractor based in East London, who are currently looking to recruit an experience Fire Safety Administrator.
As a Fire Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Responding to day to day queries relating to fire safety.
Ensuring FRA reports are upload onto CRM.
Liaising with residents and customer via email and over the phone.
Uploading fire safety data compliance on the system.
Handling and responding to complaints.
Coordinating team meetings and managing the team’s diary.
Providing general admin support to the team.
To be considered for the role of Fire Safety Administrator you must have the following:
Strong administration background in the housing sector, ideally working within fire safety.
Experience of using CRM and/or Keystone.
Good Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
